The problem witb some old GPS systems is that you are totally dspende on the accuracy of the prepoaded maps. Wlth the Bushhell PinSeeker, youll be able yto use the binoculars to pinpoint your flag and use the GPS technology to gauge your distance.
I read some good user comments on this page for the Bushnell PinSeeker Medalist Rangefinder review, though some said that the carrying case should be upgraded (not a problem). I think, though, with some of the necessary features like pinpoint, and some of the more innovative ones like rain target mode and continuously updated yardage readings, that Bushnell has really stepped up the GPS market for golf aficionados.
Not having to worry about uploading your maps and if your golf course is supported (like with Sky Caddie will no doubt save some headaches.
